How a heat pump install works
The same careful process we use for every air conditioning job, from survey to handover.
1. Free consultation
We talk through the rooms you want to heat and cool, how you use them and your budget. We explain which capacity and features suit each space.
2. Heat-load survey
We measure rooms, note insulation, glazing and sunlight, and calculate the heating and cooling load. Correct sizing is the single biggest factor in comfort and running cost.
3. Fixed-price quote
Your quote itemises the indoor and outdoor units, pipe and cable kit, brackets, electrical work, commissioning and VAT. No hidden extras.
4. Installation day
Our F-Gas engineer mounts the units, routes insulated pipe and cable, vacuum-tests the system and opens the pre-charge. Most single-room installs finish in a day.
5. Commissioning & handover
We run the system in heating and cooling, record refrigerant weights and show you the controls and WiFi app. You receive a commissioning certificate and warranty paperwork.
6. Aftercare & servicing
Annual servicing keeps efficiency high and your warranty valid. We book your first service before we leave and remain on hand for any questions.
